Street parking only, which can be a hassle if you're hauling bags. Some outdoor seating lacks comfort, with old plastic chairs that can irritate your skin. Be aware of nearby fiestas that can cause noise disturbances late into the night.

Simply fantastic. The staff were amazing! So friendly and went out of their way to do everything they can to make my stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. I don't normally write reviews, but it was a real pleasure to spend time at this charming b&b and will certainly do it again as it was a real treat. No wonder they are ranked number one in Merida and they deserve they ranking and much more.

Large room (suite). Room service was well presented. Good value for money. Good restaurants within walking distance on the Av. Paseo de Montejo. Cheap taxi to the colonial city centre.
Bar and seating area on 6th floor was not open / in use.

We liked the hotel, classic and delicious breakfast.
Our room was spacious well appointed, also it had iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a ceiling fan.

What an absolute disappointment. The outdoor seating with old plastic chairs gave me a rash, and street parking? Are we living in the stone ages? I wouldve thought that a place like this would've at least offered me an upgrade for the inconvenience, but clearly that's too much to ask. Almost left a good review but just couldn't.

This place is good, and provides everything I need, like wi-fi, a poolside snack bar, and a spa & wellness center. The staff helped me with an early check-in during my first stay. I recommend the mezcal tasting for a fun experience! I'm coming back for a business trip.

Group awesome stay, highly recommend
The food here was just amazing, especially those homemade pastries for breakfast that tasted almost like Paris! Attentive and kind, it's like they knew us from before.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still reasonable.
